We do custom processing of beef, hogs, sheep, and goats cut to your specifications and quick frozen. We also sell sides of beef and whole or half hogs.

Processing Cut Sheet form

Circle the cuts that you would like, cross out the items you do not want. Beef items are in the center. Hog customers should fill out cured meats above beef and the fresh items below the beef section.

 

  • Specify how thick you would like your steaks/chops and how many steaks/chops per package. Standard steaks are ¾” or 1”. Two or more per package.

  • Specify how large you would like your roasts (2lb, 3lb, 4lb). They will be packaged one per package.

  • Ground beef is packaged 1, 1.5, or 2 pound packages.

  • Ground Pork or Sausage is packed 1 or 1.5 pound packages.

  • Patties are made by the box count. One box of 20- ¼ pound patties is 5lb. One box of 20- 1/3lb patties is 6.6lb.
