It seems early but its here! We will have our BBQ Ribs and Chickens next weekend for Memorial Day! This year, for the first time, we are adding pork butts as an additional product! Products will be available on Friday & Saturday around 10:30am until Sold Out each day. It is best to order in advance if you'd like to pick some up. We do make extras for walk in customers but never sure we'll have enough.

All products injected with a seasoning, rubbed with dry seasoning, & smoked low and slow! Products will be wrapped in foil and bagged when picked up.
Starting January 13th, 2025 for approximately 6weeks.
We are remodeling our retail store and it is expected to take six weeks.
Pick-up hours will be M-F 8-5 & Saturdays 8-12
Order pickups will be done at our east entrance. Signs are posted and this is the door (grey door on the left) from the exterior you will enter.
Please Call retail orders in a day in advance. That way we can have your order built fresh and ready for pickup!
Custom Beef and Pork orders will pick up at this same location.
Our anticipated completion date is March 1st for our new store to be open.
